Samenvatting
The matching of Transportation planning problems with various methods used to evaluate different transport project alternatives is dealt with. The overall evaluation method could be described as a collection of travel demand models utilized in the framework of social cost /benefit analysis. The paper formulates five universal planning problems. The main part of the paper is devoted to five corresponding case studies from the Stockholm region.
