Preliminary economic evaluation of the costs and benefits of the daytime running lights DRL regulation = Évaluation économique preliminaire des coûts et avantages de la réglementation en matière de feux de jour.

This analysis deals only with the original-equipment costs of fitting vehicles with daytime running lights (DRL) and with fuel consumption penalties associated with fitment and use of DRL. Work is ongoing to develop estimates of the cost of bulb replacement.
