This report presents a series of criteria and requirements relevant to establishing user acceptability for the cooperative alcohol analyzer being developed by the Transportation Systems Center. The information presented herein was obtained with the cooperation of police officials, judicial personnel. Alcohol Safety Action Project (ASAP) officials and government officials.
