Samenvatting

This chapter operates under the assumption that it has already been decided that you can qualify to testify under the standards used in the jurisdiction, for example, under the test of Daubert v. Merrill Dow Pharmaceuticals, 1993, in the United States federal courts. The chapter discusses how to organize your testimony, prepare exhibits and use illustrative materials in order to make a good impression on the fact finder. The chapter also discusses some things to watch out for in cross-examination.
