Based upon origin and destination studies in the Ahvaz area that is divided into 37 zones. Trips in the zones have been calculated by the use of present methods. A study on the distribution of trips and tendency trip lines shows that land-use in the city area is unfavorable and change is required in the longer term. In this paper we study a comprehensive analysis of trips between zones, and suggest that better communication could be achieved from different zones towards the city center. In this research, 1995 is taken to the present year, and 2010 is taken to be a future prediction year (Design year). For the covering abstract see ITRD E128680.
