Samenvatting
Three kinds of recommendations put forward by the Task Force are described: 1) administrative and organisational matters concerning the Federal State and Government-Private sector interaction; 2) major techniques of highway safety concerning highways, vehicles and drivers; and 3) essential supporting services: comprehensive information system, research and development, test and evaluation and manpower.
