Samenvatting
In the Spring of 1991 the Minister of Transport presented the Masterplan Fiets: a 30 percent increase of the total cycle mileage in 2010 as compared to 1986 and a reduction of the lack of safety per mile of 50 to 60 percent. This contribution reviews these aims against the financial means that will be available to reach them.
