Samenvatting
Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) and Amey implemented a “research-led”approach to the delivery of the road safety education, training and publicity (ETP) service. Structuring road safety campaigns on local statistics and identifying key target groups has contributed towards a 33% reduction in casualty statistics during the first year of service. Full independent evaluation of each element provides the partnership with information on its impact and identifies potential improvements. (Author/publisher)
