Priority measures for public transport are studied. Emphasis is laid on priority measures in traffic engineering. While the national government subsidizes such priority measures, a methodology for judgement was wanted. A main aspect of the judgement is the question which effect can be obtained of a certain priority measure. This was studied with the aid of the simulation program FLEXSYT.
