This Contractor Report contains the proceedings of the TRRL seminar and a summary of the US Transportation Research Board Workshop on private vehicles for people with disabilities held by the TRB in Detroit in May 1991. These two meetings together provide an up-to-date picture of the way the market for private vehicles for elderly and disabled people is changing, and consider the implications of that change.
