A probabilistic approach to traffic problems, Phase II.

This study describes and has appended 8 reports documenting research related to areas involving the application of mathematical tools including stochastic point processes to model traffic flow, and the development of a macroscopic traffic model to determine concentration and volume of cars at each point along a highway under various conditions.
