Samenvatting
The Bicycle Federation wants to challenge the attendees at Pro Bike '82 and bicycle program specialists to view the next several years as a period of tremendous growth in cycling. Everywhere we should set goals for our community programs and monitor our progress. We need to put data behind our claims so we must be prepared to go out and collect information on bicycle use, safety and demographics.
