Samenvatting
This paper made an in-depth analysis into the law basis, environmental and energy benefits and market demand of electric bicycle (E-Bicycle) development in China. In terms of the relative policy disunity and the distempered administrative system, the paper put forward some policy recommendations regarding E-Bicycle administration, technology, policies and regulations in order to promote the healthy development of E-Bicycle in China.
