Proceedings of the Good Practice Conference, Bristol, 20-22 June 2001.

This report consists of papers presented at the Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions Good Practice Conference held at Bristol in 2001. The papers addressed the following topics: the Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership, speed management, changing drivers attitudes, speed enforcement, a road safety good practice guide for highway authorities, monitoring local road safety schemes and Molasses, Vision Zero in Sweden, sustainable safety in the Netherlands, the Gloucester Safer City initiative, trunk road safety, child road safety and training initiatives, and the UK government's road safety strategy.
