Samenvatting

The purpose of this study was to explore alternatives to the punitive approach with an eye to rehabilitating the driver rather than punishing him. Various alternatives examined included prediction of driving behavior, administrative warning letters, driver improvement interviews, driver education, group driver improvement discussion sessions, behavior modification techniques, driver retesting, and occupational licensing.
