Samenvatting
During Spring 1982 an inventory is made of bottlenecks for pedestrians and cyclists in the residential area Morgenstond in the city of The Hague. The study contains a traffic accident study, a study into the opinions of the population and a study into the behaviour on locations. Interviews were held, meetings were arranged, speeds and traffic concentrations were counted, and observations were done. The backgrounds, the set- up and the results of the research are described.
