Samenvatting
The proposed new method of vehicle weight regulation, which uses basic axle weights and a bridge formula, was developed to permit vehicles to carry the greatest possible payload without causing abnormal damage to pavement and bridge structures to present standards. The importance of enforcement in the regulatory system is emphasized.
