Samenvatting
This plan concerns NHTSA activities geared toward improving the components of the traffic law system that deal with enforcement, adjudication, and sanctions. Efficiency of performance, fairness to motorists, and effectiveness in driver control are the objectives. Activities are designed (a) to the education and training for prosecutors, (b) to the need to simplify the adjudication in minor traffic cases.
