PRT-simulations: showing contradictions between user and exploiter By means of microscopic simulation design variables affecting the performance and level of service of a PRT-system can be analysed. The indicators are important for both user and operator. A precise system description is needed to understand the functioning of the PRT, to set-up a simulation. This paper focuses on the design variables. and discusses the differences between user and operator on the basis of a hypothetical case. (Author/publisher)
