Samenvatting

The desynchronization following transzonal air travel caused in a group of pilots significant changes in the amplitude level and phase of the circadian oscillation of performance efficiency oxygen consumption and body temperature. Not only the disruption of rhythm takes part in the post-flight performance alterations but also the fatigue caused by other circumstances during and after flight.
