Samenvatting
The results of a psychological test give only a part of a psychological diagnosis. The test must be completed by a study of the life of the candidate and of the way the candidate sets value on the test. Therefore an open discussion between the candidate and a psychologist is wanted. The new psychological test replaces the forecast of the behaviour by the behavioural action.
