Samenvatting
The social meaning of road unsafeness, and the results of some measures taken in behalf of road safety (speed limits, refuges) are described. Psychological aspects of traffic, and accidents are presented, as well as some conclusions. These conclusions are elaborate inconcrete proposals which are described in there chapters entitled: engineering, education, and and enforcement's.
