Samenvatting
The increasing importance of pharmaco-psychology for traffic safety is pointed out; the basic problems regarding - experimental research on the effect of different drugs and combinations on driving are discussed. Statistical studies on the influence of drugs on accident frequency resp. Accident risk are discussed. Recommendations for clearly operational measures are made. The simulator is proposed to be the most useful device for the registration of the influence of drugs on driving. An order system of psychopharmaca on empirical base is required.
