Samenvatting
A total human factor data presentation, analysis evaluation and interpretation of selected variables during a 30 month period is given. The primary focus of investigation has been with the historical and focal human factor variables associated with the operators of motor vehicles initially judged to have been the "most responsible" operators for vehicular accidents resulting in a personal fatality to the focal operator, another vehicle occupant or a pedestrian.
