This fifth volume of TCRP Report 86: Public Transportation Security will be of interest to transit general managers; senior executives; operational and technical managers; transit police; security personnel; and communications, human resources, and marketing staff. The objective of this report is to provide improved tools for security related customer communications and training. Volume 5 is in electronic format on the accompanying compact disc CRP-CD-43. The CD contains the entire TCRP Report 86 Volume 5 contents: (1) a 15 minute video on the importance of training for transit emergencies; (2) a PowerPoint overview of the report; (3) the final report in portable report format (.pdf); and (4) templates of communications devices. All volumes issued under TCRP Report 86 are available online at TRB website.
