Samenvatting
The coordinated application of pull and push measures illustrates that things have been changing in the planning field. Realization of transportation facilities and affecting their use are closely intertwined. However common practice of plan preparation still has many faults. It is recommended to strive for more unity in approach as to the requirements of good plan preparation.
