Samenvatting
In the study a detailed qualitative analysis is carried out on the data contained in the French REAGIR and BAAC accident databases. In most of the accidents serious offences, speed violations, dangerous behaviour or incorrect emergency reactions are registered as being committed by at least one of the road users. On the basis of these data an experimental video database of violations has been constructed.
