Each of the steps and the factors that should be considered in making decisions are discussed. Particular emphasis is given tothe handling of rejected lots and the development of pay adjustmentschedules. The activities required for the successful implementation of qa specifications are also presented and emphasize the need fortraining of both agency and contractor personnel.
