Samenvatting
A description is given of the various aspects of truck aerodynamics. The aerodynamic drag of trucks as well as tractor-trailer combinations is briefly discussed, after which the application of drag reducing devices (roof spoilers and wind deflectors) in order to decrease fuel consumption and engine power requirement is outlined.
