Samenvatting
The Committee E-1.1. first established its working programm, then it began the preparation of the 3rd edition of the International Lighting Vocabulary. Along these lines, several general proposals were formulated. An improved definition of the luminous flux is proposed. Some information is given regarding the main modificadtions and additions to the present Vocabulary. Three technical vocabularies (Dayligthing, Reflex reflectors, Colour rendering) have been examined; other proposals are expected, An agreement with the International Electrotechnical Commision (I.E.C.) is sought after in order to publish a common and unique C.I.E. and I.E.C. "Lighting"Vocabulary.
