Samenvatting
The use of safety belts inside built- up areas in the province of Friesland has increased after a special campaign in which the police played an important role as well as the publicity. In this report an evaluation of the results are discussed. The main conclusion from the campaign is that the road user can be motivated to modify his behaviour in traffic.
