Samenvatting
Because of the unexpected fast growth of the automobility the Minister of Traffic wanted to look for possibilities to limit the delay of the essential freight-and commuter traffic in the Randstad. The concerning local authorities designed a so called mobility-scenario. This scenario is outlined. The present day-complementary and flanking policy are described and measures in the field of infrastructure, finances, parking policy and public transport are presented.
