This report discusses the indemnity of damage caused by motor vehicles in traffic. The problems of the damage are mainly for the indemnity of the casco-damage. The legislation of today needs too much labour, time and cost for the determining of the guilt which is not in proportion to the financial interest of the average accident. Therefore a new system is proposed.
