Samenvatting
Factors which play a role in the idea of living streets are summarized. Aspects of traffic are divided in juridical and parking aspects and aspects for the lay-out of such a street. For the improvement of such a street the collaboration of the residents is wanted. Criteria for priorities, financial aspects and possibilities for subsidy are discussed.
