Samenvatting
By means of the Action -25% the Dutch Ministry of Transport tries to stimulate municipalities to conduct traffic safety policies more actively. The main topic in this report is: What is the reaction of the municipalities on the program Action -25%. In the period of the Action the municipalities receive a questionnaire every year, which primarily deals with the effect of the Action -25% on the organisation, the planning and execution of municipal traffic safety policies. In this report the results are presented of the third questionnaire, which has been sent to the municipalities in November 1990.
