The Action- 25% is an initiative of the Dutch Ministry of Transport in the framework of the multi year plan for traffic safety 1987- 1991 and has the aim to stimulate local authorities for a more active traffic safety policy. In this report an evaluation is given focussed on the reaction of the local authorities on the different parts of the Action- 25%. An interview was held and the results were analysed.
