Recht en onrecht met betrekking tot art. 26 en 28 W.V.W.

Some thoughts on the modification of the law on driving while influenced are presented. It is proposed to use the 0.5 tube for breath testing one hour after arrest; to use the 0.8 (or 0.7) tube as a first sorting at the arrest; and to as a breath tester for the final sorting and giving sanctions. Better sorting is good for the citizen, the police and for traffic safety.
