The traffic and transportation policy seems to be increasingly squeezed between on the one hand a steady growing (car)mobility and on the other hand increasingly strict rules and standards in order to maintain proper standards of liveability.Possible solutions, however, happen to be rather difficult to implement due to restrictive budget policies of public authorities.Nevertheless decisions should be taken.
