Samenvatting
Measurements which have to be taken in case of retraining of drivers, confiscation of the driving licence, contraction of the driving licence and driver training are outlined. The tasks of the judge (e.g. competence and jurisdiction) are discussed. The present legislation of driver education and the penalty are critical considered.
