This course guide describes a refresher training program for emergency medical technicians (EMT's) which is designed to assure continuance of a uniformly high level of knowledge and skills among EMT's who have completed the Department of Transportation's Basic Training Course. An introduction, including a course overview, is followed by sections on course administration, resource requirements, and course evaluation procedures.
