Samenvatting
This article describes the first results of research into ways by which the regular performance by public transport can be improved. This resulted in an experiment with the so-called passing disc; it appeared that the proportional irregularity could be reduced by more than 50%. The survey which was carried out in close co-operation with the local public transport company was based on an extensive analysis of existing performances.
