The Dutch Railways and the bus company in the province of Friesland have introduced a number of measures to offer an equal, integrated transport product to the voyager in such a way that in terms of price and quality a competitive public transport can be offered. These measures are concerned around personnel, service, tickets, tariff and transport integration. Both companies expect a better financial outcome.
