Samenvatting
This report presents a programme to develop and present a course for training safety programme managers for state and local communities throughout the nation. One of the objectives of the seminars was to develop and test an information communication system between the NHSB and the states. Another objective was to recommend to the states methods of training personnel in highway safety duties. Conclusions and recommendations are presented.
