Samenvatting
The level of service of the regional railways in the province of Groningen is under pressure as a result of a low cost effectiveness. An optimal service and a good tuning with the regional bus companies may lead to an important increase in usage and a much better cost effectiveness. This means a better exploitation of public transport against the same costs. However, the existing organisation avoid such an efficiency operation. (A)
