Samenvatting
In this report the subject planning to be discussed, is the execution of the policy and in particular the possibilities for the provincial government for planning and design of provisions for traffic (highways and cycle tracks) which have a regional function. Tasks and responsibilities of the provincial government for traffic and transport the financing of regional highways, regional traffic policy and some developments in the design of inter urban highways are mentioned.
