Samenvatting
The WROOV-PLUS system calculates the transport outcomes and the passenger kilometers, which are generated in the Dutch urban and regional transport, and divides these outcomes for the financial participants (the cities and the companies). This paper considers the possibilities for the WROOV-PLUS system in the rapidly growing changes in new transport regions, new members in the market of public transport, business units and rayons, and fusions of public transport companies.
