Samenvatting
Legal specifications on the way of doing acoustical studies along highways as mentioned in Chapter VI of the Dutch Act on noise hindrance are presented. The existing and expected circumstances which should be taken into account at the determination of the equivalent sound level, caused at a certain place by a road, are described.
