Samenvatting
The approach of road-lighting specification with the aid of visibility level might in the author's opinion not add to the present situation, but on the contrary complicate the solution. An effort has been made to prove that photometric characteristics of road-lighting are able to be related with visual performance in terms of visibility distance.
