Report of the alcohol analysis committee of the California Association of Criminalists.

The purpose of the Committee was to publish criteria which would establish adequacy of personnel qualifications and training operating standards, test methods, control procedures and sampling procedures in the field of testing blood urine and breath for alcohol for law enforcement in California.
