Report of an alcohol, drug and highway safety conference in Michigan.

A conference was held by the Michigan State Safety Commission in 1978. In an attempt to break away from traditional conference methodologies, the Commission designed a two day conference using modifications of Delphi-technique and nominal group process technique. Recommendations obtained in this kind of conference are presented.
